1. Power Access: For safety and insurance purposes, we require a secure power source for our extension lead. We cannot commence work on vehicles located on main roads, heavily trafficked roads, or narrow streets. Additionally, we are unable to operate in pay and display car parks. If your desired location for service falls under any of these conditions, please contact us beforehand.
2. Booking Policy: All confirmed bookings require a deposit. Bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit, which is to be paid directly to TNKS DETAILING via bank transfer. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposit amounts vary depending on location, service package, and required work.
3. Rescheduling Policy: If you have paid in full and need to reschedule, a 20% fee of your selected service will be charged. For instance, if you've booked our £450 full detail package, an additional £90 will be required to reschedule.
4. Late Arrival Policy: If you are running late to your appointment, a grace period of 30 minutes will be granted from your scheduled appointment time. If you exceed this grace period, your appointment will be treated as a no-show, and rescheduling will be necessary.
5. Cancellation by TNKS DETAILING: In the event that TNKS DETAILING needs to cancel your booking, a full refund of your deposit will be issued. Alternatively, we will attempt to reschedule your appointment, subject to your agreement.
6. Ceramic Coating Warranty: Our ceramic coating packages come with a warranty for the duration of the coating (1 or 3 years), contingent upon using TNKS DETAILING for maintenance to validate the warranty.

1. Subscription Terms
1.1. By subscribing to our Mobile Detailing Service, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
1.2. Our subscription service operates on a monthly basis, with automatic renewal unless cancelled by you. Additionally, we offer the option of a minimum term subscription of 6 or 12 months with discounted rates.
2. Subscription Plans
2.1. We offer various subscription plans with different levels of detailing services. Details of each plan, including pricing and services offered, are available on our website or provided upon inquiry.
2.2. You may choose a subscription plan that best fits your needs and budget. Opting for a minimum term subscription offers discounted rates.
3. Payment
3.1. Payment for the subscription plan will be paid by Direct Debit on the date of subscription and subsequently on the renewal date each month.
3.2. For minimum term subscriptions, payment for the entire term will be charged upfront, and automatic renewal will occur at the end of the term unless cancelled by you.
3.3. You authorise us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee until you cancel your subscription
4. Cancellation
4.1. You may cancel your subscription within the first 14 days of initial subscription without penalty by contacting our customer support or through your online account. After the initial 14 days, a 30-day notice must be provided for cancellations, and subscription fees for the remaining term are non-refundable.
4.2. Cancellations made after the initial 14-day period will require a 30-day notice and will not be eligible for a refund for minimum term subscriptions.
4.3. Refunds for partial months will not be provided upon cancellation.
5. Service Scheduling
5.1. Upon subscribing, booking will be made with you in advance.
5.2. Appointments are subject to availability but you will be given priority and should be scheduled in advance.
6. Service Area
6.1. Our mobile detailing service operates within a designated service area. Please check our website or contact customer support to confirm if your location falls within our service area.
7. Service Terms
7.1. We will provide the detailing services outlined in your chosen subscription plan during scheduled appointments.
7.2. Any additional services requested during the appointment may incur extra charges.
7.3. We strive to provide high-quality detailing services; however, we cannot guarantee the removal of all stains or blemishes.
8. Liability
8.1. While we take utmost care in providing our services, we are not liable for any damage to your vehicle or personal property during the detailing process.
8.2. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from the use of our services.
9. Changes to Terms
9.1. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
9.2. Continued use of our subscription service after any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
